Venkat Nallapati : President & CEO

Mr. Venkat Nallapati is responsible for articulating a vision and growth strategy for AdeptPros and it’s businesses. He is an innovative technology expert with 16 years of Information Technology (IT) experience. He has worked as a technical consultant and strategic relationship manager for many Fortune 500 companies such as Honeywell, American Express, Best Western International, CIGNA, Aetna, ING, Michelin etc., He delivered large, complex and strategic IT Outsourcing Projects for his customers.

His IT industry experience is spread across Mobile, ERP, CRM and Web technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Java, .Net, PeopleSoft, iOS, Android etc., He was a certified project management professional (PMP) and expert in Six Sigma methodologies. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India and MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, which is #1 in the World for Global Management studies.

Elisse Porter : Chief Business Strategist

Elisse Porter began her entrepreneurial pursuits after working in management for Hyatt Hotels in Vancouver, B.C., Tokyo, Japan and San Francisco, California, spending 5 years with the company. She then created the largest, most prestigious corporate concierge business located in 23 major cities across the U.S and Europe. Her concierge company was responsible for creating a whole new industry. Clients included the Who’s Who of Fortune 500 companies, such as American Express, GM-OnStar, Goldman Sachs, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, MasterCard, and Charles Schwab, to name a few. The company provided services to private members, Class A luxury office building tenants, credit card companies as loyalty programs and on-site at large companies as an employee benefit.

After 12 years, and growing the concierge company to millions in annual sales, she sold it to a national company and pursued a career in real estate investment, catering to high-net worth individuals. She also began a consulting career focusing on entrepreneurial companies in high growth industries such as healthcare, finance and mobile technology. She specializes in business development, strategic partnerships and marketing. She enjoys sharing her leadership and management skills with other entrepreneurs and is the President of the Arizona Entrepreneur’s organization, where she has been a member for many years and has served on the Board in a variety of positions.

Jay Kode : Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jay Kode is responsible for AdeptPros global operations and growth strategies. He has over 15 years of experience in IT services and the software industry, with various technical skills. Mr. Kode received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India.

Ms. Camille Evans is responsible for managing relationships with AdeptPros clients, share holders and media partners. She has experience in the Hospitality and Investment industries. Gautam Mandewalker : Vice President – Technologies

Mr. Gautam Mandewalker is responsible for adapting and creating a technology road map for AdeptPros and it’s businesses. He has more than 8 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He started his career as a Technology Consultant for Education, Media and Advertising companies like Nitte Group, Value point Technologies, Carpedium India etc., Mr. Mandewalker received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.
